Installation
and Repairs
Installation
is available for all parts with two options:
- We can have a technician come out to your shop. Labor is $75.00
per hour once we arrive at your door and a Trip Charge of $1.85
per mile. Mileage is measured one-way from our shop in Janesville
to your shop.
- You can ship or bring your machine to our Janesville location
and our expert technicians will install or repair your machine
at an hourly rate of $75.00. Return freight will be charged if
shipped.
Shipping
Items under
100 pounds will be shipped UPS ground unless a request is made
for another form of shipping. Items over 100 pounds will be shipped
by truck, freight collect. We will ship what we have in stock
and the rest will be put on backorder. If you want the order
to ship complete, please make note on the order.
Return
Policies
Please call 1-(800)-236-8306 to
get an authorization number. Please put the authorization number
on or in the box. Special order and non-stock items over $50
are non-returnable. If the error is ours: you will receive full
credit for the product. The product has to be returned
in sellable condition within 60 days of invoice. If it is a customer
error: you will receive credit less freight and 15% restocking
charges. All returns must be received within 60 days of billing
to be accepted.
Damaged
Freight
If your item has been received damaged from UPS please keep all
packaging and call us as soon as possible so we can get your claim
processed 1-(800)-236-8306. If your item
was shipped by truck please contact the trucking company for their
claim procedure.
Missing
Freight
You can keep track of your order by logging in and clicking on
Order Status. Click on your order, then click on the tracking number.
If your order is not on backorder and has not been received in
10 days please give us a call at 1-(800)-236-8306. If
your packing slip does not match your order, please call within
48 hours of receiving the package so we can correct it.
Pricing
We will do our best to keep prices current on our web page but
we do reserve the right to change the prices at anytime. All quotes
are good for 2 weeks and if any price is different than the web
price we will call before shipping. If you called to get a quote
and then placed an order online and the price is different then
your quote, please note it in Special Instructions on the Check
Out Page.
If you are viewing this from an auction we will honor all auction
pricing.
Taxes
We are required to collect state sales tax from customers located
in Wisconsin. If you claim to be exempt from this sales tax all
documentation must be received before shipping.
Billing
and Payment
Open accounts have 30 days from date of invoice to pay in full.
If payment is not received within 45 days a service charge of 1.5%
monthly, 18 % annually will be charged with a minimum of $1.00
added to the account monthly. Accounts that go over 60 days past
due will lose all discounts and open account status.
Accounts over 60 days will be referred to Dunn and Brad for collections.
You may put a credit card number on file for payment.
We will also ship COD with a special handling charge added. We
accept Master Card, Visa , American
Express , Discover, Cash and Checks.

Guarantee
- Machine
All machines - New and Used - have a limited 6 months in-shop
parts and labor guarantee. Wear items are not covered. For
example: needles, tension disks, throat plates, feed dogs,
check spring, hook bobbin case, thread guides, bobbins and
feet.
Freight charges or trip charges still apply.
Abuse or misuse of a machine will not be covered.
- Parts
Parts are Guaranteed to be without defect when delivered. If
the part is defective we will replace the part or credit your
account for the amount of the purchase.
- Repairs and Installation
We will guarantee our repair work for 30 days from date of repair.
If the technician makes note of worn items that you elect not
to repair we will not cover the items under Guarantee. The
guarantee covers labor and parts replaced. If additional parts
are needed they will be billed. This is an in- shop guarantee
and all freight and trip charges will still apply.
